These terms are an agreement between you and Gleon ("we") for using Gleon. By using it you accept them.
Gleon is an image generation studio for brands. You create marketing images from your descriptions and your brand kit, add exact text and logo placement, change areas of an image, remove backgrounds, and download the results. Creative discussion in chat helps you plan the images. Images and answers are produced partly by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete, so check every image, word, logo, price and claim before you publish or use it.
Use your own work email, keep access to it safe, and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You must be 18 or older and use Gleon for business purposes.
You own the brand content you upload, such as your logo, brand references and text. You confirm that you have the rights to use it. Images you create are yours to use, subject to these terms and to the rights of third parties, such as trademarks, people's likeness and copyrighted material in your references.
One credit is used for each image creation or AI edit. Creative discussion uses no image credits. Credits are reset to your plan's amount at the start of each billing period. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. All payments are final and non-refundable. See the refund and cancellation policy.
We may change features, and we may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. The service depends on third-party AI, cloud and payment providers, which can change or limit their services at any time.
Gleon is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Cuddalore have jurisdiction.
